How do I enrol in a course?
Browse the course catalogue, click any course tile, and choose Enroll Free or Buy Course. You will be asked to create an account if you do not already have one. Most free courses are accessible immediately.
Do you offer corporate group enrolment?
Yes. For teams of 10 or more we offer bulk seat licensing, dedicated cohort sessions, and customised reporting. Pick "Corporate or group training enquiry" in the form above and we will respond with options.
How long do certificates remain valid?
Zelus Academy certificates do not expire. Each carries a unique verification ID that anyone can validate at learn.zelusinternational.com/verify. Some industry certifications (for example cybersecurity) may have recommended renewal cycles noted in the course description.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Full refunds are available within 24 Hours of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course. See our refund policy for full terms.
Do you provide invoices for company reimbursement?
Absolutely. Every paid enrolment generates a downloadable VAT-compliant invoice in your account under My Profile then Purchase History. For custom corporate invoicing, mention it in your enquiry above.
